Come visit us at our Black History Month Family Day Celebration!

This event will feature music, performances, food, vendors to browse through, and activities for kids that celebrate the history and culture of the Black Diaspora. Connect with different organizations like Windies Cricket Club, Hogan’s Alley who will be taking in ideas and suggestions for the development of the Hogan’s Alley Block, and many others.

This event is organized by the Coquitlam Heritage Society and will be taking place at the Maillardville Community Centre.

Performance Schedule:

1:15pm: Welcome and Introduction

1:30pm: Steelpan Performance with Kenrick Headley

2:30pm: Mostly Marley Reggae Band

3:15pm: Limbo Performance with King Fish
