The holidays are all about special foods, join us to learn about various breads that you can sample, assemble during the workshop, and bake at home.
Recipes included: No Knead Cranberry & Walnut, Mincemeat and Marzipan Pinwheels, and Braided dinner buns with sage and cheese. Finish off the workshop with a Sugar Plum Wreath sweetbread with spiced plum and orange filling. Please bring in two portable containers (minimum 2 litres) and an insulated bag to keep your breads warm during transport home.
