Indigenous Voices, Community Action - Indigenous Film Screening Night

  • Coquitlam Heritage at Mackin House 1116 Brunette Avenue Coquitlam, BC, V3K 1G2 Canada (map)

Colonialism has left many scars on our collective knowledge and history. The impacts on our past, present, and future are complex, leaving many of us feeling overwhelmed. Indigenous Voices, Community Action aims to increase knowledge, share stories, and foster understanding and reconciliation in our community.

Join us for an evening screening of a collection of Indigenous short films, all of which demonstrates a variety of different lived experiences. The Indigenous filmmakers in this collection all produced works that touch on the wide experiences of identity, family, gender, and art that exists in different communities and regions throughout the country.

Register Here.
